Rugged and reliable, the SRTI-family of thermal/visual imaging systems has provided surveillance capabilities
for both fixed and vehicle applications since 2001. Optional features such as wireless or fiber optic data and control systems and drop-deployable command systems allow these systems to meet virtually any ground-based surveillance needs, helping these systems continue to provide effective, reliable imaging for both military and commercial applications.
As the developers and designers of the proprietary control and image processing systems for the original Short Range Thermal Imager (SRTI), Medium Range Thermal Imager (MRTI), and Long Range Thermal Imager (LRTI) thermal imaging systems, IEC Infrared Systems has more than 600 of these systems in the field. Originally sold by Hurley & Associates (later 'HurleyIR'), and Night Vision Equipment Company (NVEC, later ‘Night Vision Systems’ or ‘NVS’), IEC continues to provide its original models of thermal imaging systems and equipment, as well as provide repair and maintenance services on legacy systems in the field.
